Listed below are three tips you can use to save time in your workday.
- Put your social media on autopilot. Make use of the tools on Hootsuite.com or Facebook.com that allow you to set up your posts in advance.
- Schedule time to check and respond to your email. Preferably, limit checking your email time to twice a day: once first thing in the morning, to respond to any issues or questions that may have come up overnight, and then again late in the afternoon, before you stop working for the day.
- Turn your phone on vibrate. If it’s an important call, pick up. Allow the others to be answered by voicemail, and respond later (within 24 hours).
